PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding gun that has stability in the pressing force against a pressing rod even upon low temperature and low pressure and prevents foreign matter from entering a hollow motor rotation mechanism part provided with a hollow rotor freely rotatably housed in a housing. SOLUTION: The welding gun includes the hollow motor rotation mechanism part 34 provided with the hollow rotor 46 freely rotatably housed in the motor housing 38 and the pressing rod 94 that moves to project from the motor housing 38 during the rotation operation of the hollow rotor 46 and, further, includes a non-contact type labyrinth seal 64 that seals a gap between the motor housing 38 and the hollow rotor 46 in a projection side end part 58 of the pressing rod 94 of the motor housing 38.
