摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reading out electric signals of an X-ray CT detector in which the circuit design is simplified and the noise of electric signals is reduced by decreasing the readout speed. SOLUTION: The detector includes: a plurality of detecting elements 42 put in the slice direction and the channel direction; a switch circuit 26 for switching electric signals read out; a plurality of integral amplifiers 51 for accumulating electric charges of the electric signal; and a switch control circuit. The detector has a plurality of readout blocks, and the respective readout blocks include a detecting elements group including some of the plurality of detecting elements put in the slice direction, and a detecting elements group connected to the same integral amplifier and including others of the detecting elements not adjacent in the slice direction, which are at intervals, electric signals are read out with time-sharing from the detecting elements group in the readout blocks, electric signals are read out in parallel from the detecting elements in different readout blocks, and electric signals are sequentially read out from the detecting elements groups in a common readout block.
