The system has two opposite handles with a bag making station (1) sequentially manufacturing carry bags i.e. paper carry bags. The bags are transferred to a conveyer system by a delivery station (2). A handle manufacture station (5) manufactures the handles that are connected with the bags by a joining station, where the handle manufacture station comprises two production lines (5a, 5b). The handle manufacture station has a cutting and folding device to cut and fold the handles into a U-form from a band, where the handle manufacture station comprises a receiving device.
