发明名称 SINTERED FRICTION MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE: A sintered frictional member and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to ensure a stable frictional property and maintain the shape of a sintered frictional member by limiting sweating by adding of fesi2 functioning as surfactant. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a sintered frictional member comprises next steps. Raw materials having a composition of the sintered frictional member are mixed uniformly. The mixed materials are filled in a mold. Vertical pressure of 6~10 ton/cm^2 is applied to the mixed materials in the mold to manufacture a molding product. The molding product is sintered at pressure of below 10-5torr and a temperature of 950~1100°C for 1~2 hours. Raw materials for sintering consist of 15~20weight% of Fe powder, 4~6weight% of SiO2 powder, 6~12weight% of C powder, Cu-Sn alloy powder and other inevitable impurities.
