PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool blowing off foreign matters from the surface of a workpiece by using an existing grinding fluid. SOLUTION: The cooling tool 11 with a pipe-shaped configuration, fixed to and held by a tool holder 101, includes a central grinding fluid passage 16 extending from a rear end to near a forefront end and having a relatively large hole diameter; a forefront end blocking portion 13 blocking the forefront end of the central grinding fluid passage 16; and a grinding fluid jetting hole 17 communicating with a forefront area of the central grinding fluid passage 16 and having a relatively small hole diameter for jetting, toward the outside with a high pressure, the grinding fluid fed to the forefront of the central grinding fluid passage 16.
