The filter e.g. cerumen filter (6), has a viscoelastic material (9) arranged on a side of a tubular body (8) facing a wall of a through channel (11), where the through channel is extended through the tubular body. The tubular body is made of inelastic material such as plastic, where the viscoelastic material is arranged at the periphery of the tubular body. A disk-shaped closure element (7) is arranged at an end of the tubular body to prevent the tubular body from being inserted too far into the channel, where the tubular body and the closure element are formed as an injection molded part.
