Disclosed is a pharmaceutical concentrate for dilution comprising: about 5-20% by weight of a S1P receptor modulator or agonist selected from 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenylethyl)]propane-1,3-diol, 2-amino-2-[4-(benzyloxyphenylthio)-2-chlorophenyl]ethyl-1,3-propane-diol, or a corresponding phosphate thereof, and 1-{4-[1-(4-cyclohexyl-3-trifluoromethyl-benzyloxyimino)-ethyl]-2-ethyl-benzyl}- azetidine-3-carboxylic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and about 65-95% by weight of propylene glycol. The composition may also include preservatives and flavours. Also disclosed is the use of the concentrate for immunosuppression, and for treating or preventing organ or tissue transplant rejection, autoimmune disease, inflammatory conditions, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, hepatitis, viral myocarditis, or viral diseases caused by viral myocarditis. |
