INJECTION MOLDING METHOD FOR COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPOSED MAINLY OF STONE AND APPARATUS THEREOF

An injection molding method for composite material composed mainly of stone and an apparatus thereof are provided. The apparatus includes a feeding device (2), a pre-molding device (3), a material sealing device (4) and an injecting device (5). The method includes the following steps: a. inputting all of the raw material into the feeding device (2), and pushing the raw material into a pre-molding barrel (709) of the pre-molding device (3) through a pushing member in the feeding device (2); b. keeping the temperature at 15~55?, and compacting the raw material and feeding it into an injecting barrel (1101) with the rotation of a pre-molding screw (712); c. under the injecting force of 50~180 Mpa, injecting the raw material in the injecting barrel (1101) into a mould through a mould gate via the injecting device (5); d. keeping the temperature of the mould at 140~200?, and the curing time at 40~300 Sec.; e. opening the mould and taking out the product.
