<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interconnector or an end plate for fuel cell stack, which can be manufactured by compression molding and sintering inexpensively, and which has high density and optimal homogeneity. <P>SOLUTION: A shaped part consists of a disk-shaped or plate-shaped basic body (1) having a multiplicity of knob-like and/or ridge-like elevations (2) with a height h, and the cross-section thereof has two inclined side flanks, each of which leads, proceeding from an end contour (3) of the elevation (2), via a rounded corner portion (4) with a radius r directly or via an intermediate rectilinear portion (5) into a curved portion (6) having a radius R, the curved portion (6) merging into the surface contour (7) of the basic body (1). When the transition is started from the rectilinear portion or the rounded corner portion immediately to the curved portion, a tangent at the transition point forms an inclined angle α in a range of 95° to 135° against the surface contour, the radius R is in the range of 0.15 to 1 mm, and the height h is dimensioned so that the ratio of R:h is in a range of 0.25 to 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
