<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which includes a resonance reactor having saturable characteristics of an optimal structure, in a step-up converter. <P>SOLUTION: A coil La as the resonance reactor used for the fuel cell system and has the saturable characteristics is formed, by winding windings 20 around a center core 18 of a core 5 formed by a magnetic body.
