<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information leakage prevention system preventing information leakage by appropriately detecting a file in which a file to be detected has been changed, and detecting the file to be detected and the changed file at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: A signature information generation means 93 generates the signature information of a file to be detected according to signature information obtaining information. A block determination result reflection means 99 updates signature information based on rocking width and block unit change information stored in a block unit determination result storage means 95. A block unit signature information determination means 94 determines whether the signature information updated by the block determination result reflection means 99 is matched with the blocks.
