<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and a program for improving identity between an image displayed on a display section and image data output actually. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: an image processing section 102 for generating actual image data obtained by applying image processing relevant to image quality of input image data in accordance with image processing settings of the image processing relevant to the image quality, and for generating first preview image data by applying image processing relevant to preview image quality to the generated actual image data; a generation means (CPU 103) for generating second preview image data showing a result of applying image processing irrelevant to image quality based on the settings on the processing irrelevant to the image quality; a synthesis means (CPU 103) for generating preview image data obtained by combining the generated first preview image data with the generated second preview image data; and a display control means (CPU 103) for displaying the generated preview image data on a display section 115. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
