PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access controller that allows a POS terminal to interlock with a change machine and automatically acquires necessary log information. SOLUTION: The access controller 10 includes a format converting means 110 for converting an input command or the like into a format that can be decoded by an output device, and a log information acquiring means 120 for storing the command or the like as log information into a storing part. The format converting means includes: a first format converting means 112 for receiving at least one signal transmitted to the change machine 40 from the POS terminal 30, converting it into at least one signal that can be decoded by the change machine, and outputting it to the change machine; and a second format converting means 114 for receiving at least one signal that is transmitted to the POS terminal from the change machine, converting it into at least one signal that can be decoded by the POS terminal, and outputting it to the POS terminal.
