发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING ZEOLITE-SUPPORTING SOLIDIFIED MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a zeolite-supporting solidified material by a simple process without using additives such as clay or a calcareous material. SOLUTION: Coal ash and a 3.5N sodium hydroxide solution are mixed so that the weight ratio of sodium hydroxide to the coal ash is 0.35, then, the resulting mixture is filled into an acrylic pipe mold (inner diameter: 15 mm, height: 30 mm), and thereafter, the mixture filled in the mold is cured for 24-96 h under conditions that the temperature is 80°C and the relative humidity is 50% so as to be solidified. A commercially available X-type zeolite is added as a seed crystal in an amount of 3% so as to induce the formation of zeolite. Subsequently, the zeolitization of a sample is facilitated by performing an alkali treatment comprising immersing the sample in a 3.5 N sodium hydroxide solution at 80°C for 24-72 h after taking the sample out of the mold or in a state that the sample is filled in the mold after curing and solidification.
