PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat adjuster which is easily operated by a user even if an adjustable seat part is increased. SOLUTION: The seat adjuster 1 is roughly configured by mainly comprising: a knob 11; an X carriage 140 and a Y carriage 145 both supporting the knob 11; an X-axis motor 150 and a Y-axis motor 155 which form a knob movable region operatable by the knob 11 by adding an operating reaction force in the opposite direction of an operating direction, to the knob 11, through the X and Y carriages 140 and 145; and a controller 100 controlling the X- and Y-axis motors 150 and 155 so that the knob movable region follows the side surface shape of a seat 2 installed in the vehicle.
