PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the composition of a depressurization mechanism for a pump-up device etc. SOLUTION: Since a pressure releasing valve body 60 is composed by forming an approximately C-shaped notch 62 in an intake valve body 196 in a sealing pump-up device 10, components such as a casing used in general relief valves and a valve biasing elastic body are not used, and the number of components of a part corresponding to a relief valve is reduced, so that a time for assembling a part corresponding to a relief valve can also be reduced.
