<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-layer foamed plastic sheet (7A) having air permeability and drainability in the surface and formed by adhering a flat plastic film, as a back film (2A), to the bottom surface of the cap of a cap film (1A) formed by vacuum molding of a plastic film and having a large number of cap-shaped protrusions to form a molding having a large number of sealed air chambers and adhering a flat plastic film to the molding as a liner film (3A) with tops of the caps lined up. <P>SOLUTION: The liner film (3A) has such a structure as to be divided by two or more parts (6) which continue in the longitudinal direction of the product but lack film in the width direction. With the liner film utilized as an adhesive, a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric is adhered to the surface of the sheet to form a four-layer foamed plastic sheet (8A) having a continuous surface but retaining air permeability and drainability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
