<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a touch position with high accuracy even when increased a size. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel device includes a reception part receiving a charge/discharge current signal of a reception electrode responding to a drive signal (a pulse signal) applied to a transmission electrode and outputting a level signal of each electrode intersection point, the reception part includes an IV conversion part converting the charge/discharge current signal into a voltage signal, and the IV conversion part is set with a conversion property such that amplitude phases of the voltage signal corresponding to rising and falling of one pulse wave in the drive signal are nearly brought into line and that amplitude phases of the voltage signal corresponding to falling of one pulse wave and rising of the next pulse wave are nearly brought into line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
