<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use information on an imaged angle of view when distortion correction and roll correction shake are made. <P>SOLUTION: In correcting a rotation, the rotation is made by an amount of rotation detected in a direction of correcting the rotation so that a region which is referred to in the distortion correction may be included in a region of a taken captured image. By applying a distortion correction to the captured image included in the referred to region, a rectangular image having the same scale as the captured image is produced. Further, in the case, when a rotation by the detected amount of rotation is made, if the referred to region is not included in the region of the captured image, the referred to region is rotated by a maximum possible angle to be included in the region of the captured image and the distortion correction is applied to the captured image included in the referred to region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
