<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen-supplying device of a fuel cell capable of increasing a power-generating capacity by supplying oxygen generated from an oxygen-generating agent to a cathode side at a power generator. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen-generating device of the fuel cell supplies the fuel to the anode side at the power generator 6, and at the same time supplies oxygen to its cathode side. The device includes an oxygen generator to generate oxygen from the oxygen-generating agent in the cathode side at the power generator 6 through catalyzed reaction, and an oxygen-supplying tube line 9 to supply the generated oxygen to the cathode side at the power generator. Accordingly, according to the invention, relatively highly-concentrated oxygen can be directly supplied to the cathode side at the power generator. Further, the relatively highly concentrated oxygen can be directly supplied to the cathode side at the fuel cell even in the compact fuel cell hard to bring the oxygen in.
