摘要 <p>The super conducting metal construction of a mold part, comprises sheet metal elements (1), which are welded or connected to each other with surface-recesses (2), which are placed so that the mechanical stability of the mold part to be generated is high in a plane in simultaneous missing relative to large quantities of filling mass, and a honeycomb-like structure (3) that forms large or small regularly distributed gas inclusions in a further guide variant of vacuum inclusions- or pores to the requirements of high mechanical stability in simultaneously slight net weight. The super conducting metal construction of a mold part, comprises sheet metal elements (1), which are welded or connected to each other with surface-recesses (2), which are placed so that the mechanical stability of the mold part to be generated is high in a plane in simultaneous missing relative to large quantities of filling mass, and a honeycomb-like structure (3) that forms large or small regularly distributed gas inclusions in a further guide variant of vacuum inclusions- or pores to the requirements of high mechanical stability in simultaneously slight net weight. The surface-recesses are arranged in corresponding splits and lines over sheet metal elements, where the lines correspond to curves dependent on the requirements of the mechanical interpretation. The walls (8) of the surface-recesses forming the honeycomb like structure have strength or thickness. The sheet metal elements are connected by a slot in other guide variants. The slot consists of another metal sorts with favorable characteristics for the realization of the connection through diffusion in moderately high temperatures and pressure or through fusion. The endform of the form part represents in each sheet metal elements as layers of the form part, where the honeycomb- or pore structure is stamped through form part contingent to interruptions (21, 22, 23). The surface-recesses are formed on both sides with middle solid plate or on single side with lateral solid plate or as breakthrough with separate solid plate as further sheet metal element from layer construction. The wall of the surface-recesses in the sheet metal elements has thickness that is unconditional in order to receive the mechanical load usually in the other directions as the head load plane. The solid plates are oriented as part of the sheet metal element and/or a part of the wall towards the direction of the maximum mechanical load that stops the form part in the practical use, where the thickness is dimensioned. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for the production of super conducting metal construction of a mold part; and (2) a device for the production of super conducting metal construction of a mold part.</p>
