<p>The present invention relates to a winding section (10) and to an apparatus (20) in a slitter winder for bringing a fastening means onto the surface of each partial web (w'). The apparatus (20) comprises an applicator head (22, 22'), which is arranged to apply the fastening means onto the web surface.
