PURPOSE: A performing device and a method of shaping the same are provided to prevent a separating line LINE FROM BECOMING FORMED DUE TO PUNCHING IN A PERFORMING PROCESS BY SEPARATING UPPER AND LOWER MOLDS and prevent a deformed tube type of a steel pipe from becoming caught between the upper and lower molds. CONSTITUTION: A performing device comprises a lower mold(10) and an upper mold(20). The lower mold supports a tube type of a steel pipe. The upper mold is formed not to make contact surface with the lower mold in shaping a product. The lower mold comprises a number of lower tools(14), which are coupled on a base plate(12) at regular intervals. The upper mold comprises a number of upper tools(22), which lift through the gap between the lower tools.
