<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically treating a loosening improver for noodle by which manual diluting/mixing operation of a loosening improver is automatized (power-saved) in a cite of noodle production using a concentrated-type loosening improver, production efficiency is improved, a storage space for the loosening improver is minimized, and the amount of remaining package materials is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The method for automatically treating a loosening improver for noodle comprises: admixing a prescribed amount of water to a liquid loosening improver to be diluted on the scene so as to prepare diluted loosening improver liquid; and continuously applying the diluted loosening improver liquid to the noodle cooled after boiled or steamed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
