<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a pedestrian to surely notice the approach of a vehicle with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicular acoustic device includes a sound generation part 11 attached to a predetermined portion of the vehicle 50, a wind pressure detection part 12 which is attached to the vehicle 50 and capable of detecting the wind pressure when the vehicle is in motion, a memory part 13 which is attached to the vehicle 50 and stores the preset threshold range of an artificial sound and the wind pressure, and a control part 14 which is attached to the vehicle 50 and obtains a detected value of the wind pressure from the wind pressure detection part 12 for comparing the detected value with the preset threshold range of the memory part 13 so as to generate the artificial sound stored in the memory part 13 through the sound generation part 11 if the detected value is within the preset threshold range.
