<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor reception system facilitating reception of a visitor, and allowing intelligibly managing confirmation of a visitor. <P>SOLUTION: The visitor reception system 1 includes: a member card 2 for preliminarily carrying personal information related with a visitor who has carried it; an information card reader 3 for reading the personal information carried by the member card 2; and a reception personal computer 5 for making the information card reader 3 read the personal information, and for, in accordance with the layout of a name card 61 for handwriting for managing a visitor which the visitor who has not carried the information card 2 fills in when the visitor is accepted, making a printer 4 print the personal information read by the information card reader 3 as well as the above layout on a single form sheet for a printer of the same size to create a management form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
