摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource-saving and energy-saving efficient alcohol fermentation method by which the fermentation abilities of alcohol fermentation microorganisms such as yeast at a high-temperature region of≥33°C of fermentation temperature are enhanced, and to provide the alcohol fermented by the fermentation method. <P>SOLUTION: The alcohol fermentation method as a base includes fermenting an alcohol fermentation raw material by adding a pulverized product of a farm crop selected from citron seed, loquat seed, grape seed, sesame seed, ginger, Japanese ginger, garlic tuber and Gloriosa bulb, or an extract thereof thereto in the temperature range of 33-40°C to enhance the fermentation abilities of the alcohol fermentation microorganisms. As the alcohol fermentation microorganisms, the yeast, Zymomonas bacteria or Zymobacter bacteria are used.
