PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mode control device for a construction machine enabling an operator to perform work in an operation mode intended by the manager side of the construction machine. SOLUTION: The operation mode control device for the construction machine includes an engine serving as a drive source; a pump driven by the engine; a working machine driven by pressure oil discharged by the pump; an input part for inputting information on an operation mode that can be set out of a plurality of operation modes; and an operation mode fixing part for fixing the operation mode that can be set out of the plurality of operation modes, based on information on the operation mode input by the input part.
