PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety hair dyestuff which shortens a time of hair dyeing, has an excellent dyeing ability of a hair dye and color tone, and has an effect of preventing photobleaching. SOLUTION: There is provided a hair dyestuff includes a combination of: (a) a first agent containing a material which reacts with iron and develops a color, and an ultraviolet absorber having a 2-hydroxybenzophenone skeleton; and (b) a second agent containing an iron salt.
