PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a vehicle with a battery, wherein a high degree of freedom in terms of installing a battery and a seat frame in a vehicle is achieved. SOLUTION: In the structure, a vehicle rear structure 10 includes: the battery 26 disposed on a floor panel 14 and fixed to a vehicle body through a left front side cross fixing part 30A of a left front side bracket 30 and a L-shaped bracket 34A of a rear side bracket 34; and a seat frame 22 fixed to the vehicle body through a leg fixing part 30B of the left front side bracket 30 provided on the battery 26 and a center bracket 34B of the rear side bracket 34.
