PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To amplify a signal from a pixel by a variable gain including gain having a larger absolute value. SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging element includes: a pixel for outputting a signal corresponding to incidence light; an input capacitor Ci into which a signal from the pixel is inputted; an operational amplifier OP, where the input capacitor Ci is connected to a minus input terminal and prescribed potential Vref is applied to a plus input terminal; and a feedback circuit FBC. The feedback circuit FBC includes: a feedback switch FBSW for turning on and off the connection between the minus input terminal and an output terminal of the operational amplifier OP; a first individual feedback circuit IFBC1 composed of a series circuit of a switch SW1 and a capacitor Cf1, and connected between the minus input terminal and the output terminal; a second individual feedback circuit IFBC2 that is composed of a series circuit of a switch SW2 and a capacitor Cf2 and includes one end connected to the minus terminal or the output terminal; and a switch SW 10 for separation for turning on and off the connection between the other end of the second individual feedback circuit IFBC2 and the output terminal.
