摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug design screening device speeding up determination of parameters of image processing and speedily finding a medicine serving as a candidate of a drug. SOLUTION: The drug design screening device for irradiating a medicine and a biological cell with excitation light, and performing drug design screening from a plurality of feature amounts, obtained by performing image processing, based on a fluorescent signal from the medicine and the biological cell and a concentration of the plurality of medicines, includes: a first parameter extraction means of calculating a Z'-factor, based on a selectable and representative feature amount from among the feature amounts and extracting one parameter or a combination of a plurality of parameters, when the maximum Z'-factor or a Z'-factor larger than 0.5 is calculated, and a feature amount; and a second parameter extraction means of calculating EC 50 from all the feature amounts obtained by performing image processing, based on the fluorescent signal for each extracted parameter or each combination of the plurality of parameters, and extracting a combination of parameters, where the minimum EC 50 is calculated.
