PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatographic system capable of measuring a concentration of a substance to be measured with a higher accuracy in a quantitative measurement of the substance to be measured by immunochromatography, and to provide a concentration measuring method using the same. SOLUTION: The immunochromatographic system 1 for measuring the concentration of the substance to be measured by an antigen-antibody reaction includes a sample case 2, provided with a membrane 32 having a coloration unit 32b causing coloring of a coloration substance indicating the concentration of the substance to be measured and a base 31 holding the membrane, and a temperature control unit 5 constantly holding a temperature of the base 31 or the membrane 32.
