Provided is a line conversion structure wherein a slot line (5) includes: slot ground conductors (7) connected to a ground layer (4) via through-conductors (6) that go through a dielectric layer (2); a slot signal conductor (8); and a slot (9) disposed between the slot ground conductors (7) and the slot signal conductor (8). A signal conductor (3) of a microstrip line (1), the end of said signal conductor (3) being connected to the slot signal conductor (8), is provided between the slot ground conductors (7) with gaps therebetween and is orthogonal to the slot ground conductors (7) and the slot (9). The length (L) of sections parallel to the signal conductor (3) on either side of the gap between the slot ground conductors (7) is at most 0.25 times the wavelength of the signal transmitted over the microstrip line (1).
