MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPLEX CARBON FOR ENERGY STORAGE DEVICES AND HYBRID CAPACITOR THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing composite carbon for storing energy and a hybrid capacitor using the same are provided to reduce SEI(Solid Electrolyte Interface) by manufacturing composite carbon coated on a sucrose which is carbonized on the surface of pyrolytic carbon materials. CONSTITUTION: Pyrolytic carbon materials are made by preprocessing carbon materials and oxidizing the carbon materials with oxidizer. Dispersion solutions are made by putting the pyrolytic carbon materials into distilled water. Composite carbon mixture coated with sucrose on the surface of carbon materials are made by inducing dispersion by the sucrose of 50 to 100 weight% to the dispersion solutions. The composite carbon materials are extracted from the composite carbon mixture and are dried at 60 to 100 degrees centigrade. The composite carbon materials are thermally processed under inactive atmosphere at 300 to 1500 degrees centigrade.
