<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat welding strength and an anti-leaking property in a heat welding process by preventing deviation of a place of a heating resistor. <P>SOLUTION: In a heat welding method of a molded article from a thermoplastic resin and an apparatus therefor, a heat resistor 4 is inserted between adhesive surfaces 2b, 3b of molded articles formed by a thermoplastic resin, and an electrical voltage is charged to the heat resistor 4 to generate heat, and at the same time a surface pressure is charged to the adhesive surfaces 2b, 3b to weld the adhesive surfaces with each other, wherein at first a distance between the adhesive surfaces 2b, 3b is reduced to a pre-determined place so as to insert a part of the heat resistor 4 into the adhesive surfaces 2b, 3b under controlling the electrical voltage to be charged on the heat resistor 4 for generation of heat to a softening point of the adhesive surfaces 2b, 3b, and then the adhesive surfaces 2b, 3b are welded to each other under charging a surface pressure thereto at the stage of inserting the heat resistor 4 into the adhesive surfaces 2b, 3b under controlling the electrical voltage to be charged on the heat resistor 4 to not lower than a fusing point of the adhesive surfaces 2b, 3b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
