<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polarizing plate that can supply a thin film polarizing plate without damaging the productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the polarizing plate includes: a process (S10) of producing a laminated film by forming a first resin layer on one surface of a base film and a second resin layer made of polyvinyl alcohol resin in this order; a process (S20) of applying polarization filming processing to the second resin layer to provide a polarizing film; a process (S30) of sticking a protective film to the surface of the opposite side to the surface on the base film side of the polarizing film; and a process (S40) of peeling the base film from the laminated film. The process (S20) includes a uniaxial stretching process (S21) of uniaxially stretching the laminated film, and a dyeing process (S22) for immersing the second resin layer in a dyeing solution containing dichroic substance to dye it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
