METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TURBINE BLADE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a turbine blade that improves fraction defective when the gas turbine blade with a complicated and effective cooling system is molded.

SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of molding an internal building frame 60 with a plurality of internal ribs that forms a plurality of open cooling channels 62: a step of filling the opening cooling channels with a filling material 74; and a step of installing an external wall around the internal building frame 60 where the opening cooling channels 62 is filled the filling material 74 and where the internal building frame 60 an the external wall are manufactured by different superalloy materials.
