<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely move a lock lever into a lock position and an unlock position by turning a gear by motor driving. <P>SOLUTION: If a worm wheel 18 is rotated in one direction by a motor when the lock lever 19 is in the lock position, a first engaging protrusion 182 abuts on a first engaging arm 191 in its turning direction, and the lock lever 19 is turned into the unlock position. A second engaging protrusion 183 then abuts on a turning end 192a of a second engaging arm 192, and the worm wheel 18 stops in a first stop position. If the worm wheel 18 is rotated in the other direction by the motor when the lock lever 19 is in the unlock position, the second engaging protrusion 184 abuts on the second engaging arm 192 in its turning direction, and the lock lever 19 turns into the lock position.
