<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a command unintended by an operator from being inputted to a device to operate, in an input device where a command to be inputted to the device to operate is determined based on an operator's voice and a gesture. <P>SOLUTION: A voice command candidate corresponding to an inputted voice is specified, a recognition score is calculated for each voice command, a gesture command candidate corresponding to an inputted gesture is specified, and a recognition score is calculated for each gesture command candidate.
