PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition formable of a cured product excellent in low-temperature physical properties and tensile characteristics. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition includes: an ethylene polymer, 70 mass% or more of whose constituent monomer is ethylene; and (B) acrylic rubber, with a mass ratio of 9:1 to 8:2.
