PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a system which is convenient for an occupant and a visitor while fully maintaining security by utilizing an existing system. SOLUTION: A slave unit 31 of an intercom has an unlocking button 31a which is operated when admission of the visitor is allowed through an intercom call with the visitor. The visitor calls a house to visit for intercom call through an entrance unit 11. An interphone controller 13 controls the intercom call, and outputs an unlocking signal of an electric lock 12 paired with the entrance unit 11 upon the operation of the unlocking button 31a. A reader 22 reads the authentication information of a storage medium the visitor has. A reader controller 14, when the unlocking signal is input, keeps the reader 22 in a registration state for a preset period of time so as to register the authentication information of the storage medium with clock time, thereby exercising the unlocking control of the electric lock 12 paired with the entrance unit 11 having the reader 22.
