PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information leakage prevention system for preventing information leakage by appropriately detecting a file in which a file to be detected has been changed, and detecting the file to be detected and the changed file at a high speed even when there exists only a small number of files including characteristic keywords specifying a file to be detected. SOLUTION: A file type signature information generation means 83 generates the signature information of a file to be detected for each file type according to file type subspecific influence rule information. A block unit signature information determination means 84 determines whether each of the blocks of a distribution file is matched with the signature information within the range of a rocking capacity. A file determination means 85 determines whether the distribution file is a file which is equivalent to the file to be detected based on the number of the blocks matched with the signature information and a determination threshold.
