PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of correctly positioning the optical axis of a semiconductor laser, and an exposure device. SOLUTION: The light source device includes a semiconductor laser 120, a coupling lens 130, a circuit board 140, and a holder 110 for holding them. The semiconductor laser 120 is fixed to the holder 110 using a photocurable resin 170 between the coupling lens 130 and the circuit board 140. Then, since the semiconductor laser 120 is fixed while having a slight space with a holder bottom face 160 of the holder 110, the optical axis can be correctly positioned by adjusting the position of the semiconductor laser 120.
