PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a running vehicle to quickly and safely cross a railroad crossing for emergency. SOLUTION: The emergency vehicle support device 101 detects that an emergency vehicle E approaches a railroad crossing RC, and notifies a server 102 that the emergency vehicle E is approaching. The server 102 outputs, after that, a stop instruction to a radio device D2 in a train T running on a railroad track, and temporarily stops the train T. The server 102 also opens the railroad crossing RC where the emergency vehicle E approaches to enable the emergency vehicle E to cross the railroad crossing RC.
