PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wing rail manufacturable using an inline head hardening heat-treated rail while securing increased quality without applying a head raising forging step and a hardening step thereto. SOLUTION: This wing rail 3 includes a double forged part 5 obtained by heating the abdominal part and the bottom part of an inline head hardening heat-treated rail excluding the head part to approximately 900°C at any position and simultaneously twisting the rail by 1/40 and longitudinally bending the rail in the height direction. When the rail is longitudinally bent in the height direction at the twisted position, only the abdominal part and the bottom part of the rail are heated to restrict the heated range.
