PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument and an instrument mounting apparatus for easily adjusting a mount angle of an instrument. SOLUTION: The measuring instrument includes the instrument 30 including a fixing piece, a stay 20 supporting the instrument 30 and forming a slit 21a, a sliding piece 50 disposed on one surface of the stay 20 and rotatably connected to the instrument 30, a mount knob 40 disposed on the other surface of the stay 20 and combined with the sliding piece 50 to sandwich the stay 20 and the fixing piece, and a connection bolt 45 inserted into the stay 20 and the sliding piece 50 and screwed to the mount knob 40. A projection inserted into the slit 21a formed in the stay 20 is formed in the sliding piece 50 and the projection is inserted into the slit 21a, thus restricting rotation of the sliding piece 50.
