PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device, capable of performing total inspection of heat transfer tube sealing parts in a steam generator and analyzing defective shapes. SOLUTION: The inspection device for inspecting the existence of defects in a weld zone 103 between a tube 101 and a tube sheet 102 by using an eddy current flaw detection method is provided with a body 41 rotatable with respect to the weld zone 103, having a cylindrical part 41A to be inserted into the tube 101 and a collar section 41B pressing against the tube sheet 102; a probe 42, arranged inside the body 41 and being approachable to/separable from the weld zone 103 which detects defects in the weld zone 103; and a pressing part 44 for pressing the probe 42 toward the weld zone.
