PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal generating apparatus for generating a voltage having small noise and high accuracy. SOLUTION: The signal generating apparatus for outputting an output voltage corresponding to given data from an output terminal includes: a DA converter for outputting the voltage corresponding to the given data; a capacitor section provided between the output terminal and a reference potential; a transfer switch for connecting and disconnecting a voltage generating terminal and the output terminal of the DA converter; and a control section for repeating the connection and disconnection of the transfer switch to continuously charge the capacitor section of the DA converter which has output the voltage corresponding to the input data, and causing the voltage of the capacitor section to approximate to the output voltage corresponding to the input data.
