The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to restoration and maintenance of normal level of cells aerobic metabolism. Laser emission with wavelength 585±5 nm is carried out on skin tissue and simultaneously the skin tissue is heated in the affected zone at 42-43°C. The use of said effect provides to extract the required oxygen amount directly from arterial blood of dermal blood vessels and increase its local concentration in the affected zone using laser emission.
